四 | 死者哥哥受访时说，弟弟昨早喝醉了被友人送回家，友人敲了门后便把弟弟留在门外就离开，结果同住在屋内的表姐被警方通知说弟弟被烧死了。这起事件发生在昨天早上6点45分，地点是波东巴西1道第107座组屋八楼的一个单位外。

五 | 死者是44岁的林明利，生前单身，是一名自由工作者，一两年前与表姐同住在上述单位，互相照应。死者遗体被抬走。

十一 | 从事金融业、46岁的哥哥向《8视界新闻网》记者透露，他是在早上9点接到表姐的电话。

十二 | 表姐在电话的另一头哭得十分凄惨：“弟弟被烧死了，死在家门外”。林明利烧死在单位外走廊。

十三 | 据他了解，有抽烟习惯的弟弟昨早和朋友一起喝酒，结果喝醉了，友人就将他送回家。

十四 | “友人敲了门，喊了几声，便把他留在门外就离开了。”当时有同层邻居叫他们降低声量。

十五 | 不久后，邻居发现弟弟被火烧，便立刻报警和协助灭火。而事发时表姐正在熟睡中，警方上门后才得知弟弟出事了。

十六 | 他说，当他接到弟弟过世的消息时，80多岁的母亲刚好在他身旁，得知儿子过世后悲痛万分。
